- Basmati Rice- 1 cup
- Onions- 1 large ( cut lengthwise long)
- Mixed assorted vegetables- 2 cups
- For the curd mixture:
Fresh curds – ¾ to 1 cup
Chopped coriander- 3 tablespoons
Coriander powder -1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder – ½ teaspoon
Black Pepper powder- 2 tsps
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Tomatoes- 3 diced - Butter- 1 tablespoon
