Dhum Biryani


Ingredients:

  • Basmati Rice- 1 cup
  • Onions- 1 large ( cut lengthwise long)
  • Mixed assorted vegetables- 2 cups
  • For the curd mixture:
    Fresh curds – ¾ to 1 cup
    Chopped coriander- 3 tablespoons
    Coriander powder -1 teaspoon
    Cumin Powder – ½ teaspoon
    Black Pepper powder- 2 tsps
    Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
    Tomatoes- 3 diced
  • Butter- 1 tablespoon
