Gobi Manchurian Recipe

Gobi Manchurian

Here is a quick and easy recipe for gobi manchurian.
















Gobi manchurian is typical Indian street food and the aim is to make it quick and fast and easy. Its simple preparation and its delectable taste makes it an excellent appetiser. Enjoy!


I. Ingredients:






  1. 1 cauliflower
  2. 3/4 cup refined flour (maida)
  3. 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  4. 3 chopped green chilis
  5. 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 cup finely Chopped Onions
  7. 1 bunch freshly chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 bunch spring onions
  9. 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  10. 2-3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  11. 2 tbsp Oil
  12. Salt to taste


II Method:


  1. Make a paste of maida, corn flour and salt using water.
  2. Take a tsp. of ginger and garlic paste, add it to the paste
  3. Dip the gobi florets in the paste and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in another pan and add the left ginger & garlic paste, chopped onions and green chili to it. Add the spring onions after a few minutes and stir fry for a minute.
  5. Now, mix soya sauce and tomato sauce to it.
  6. Add fried Gobi kept aside and mix well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve the gobi manchurian hot.
